Stockland development for Newport unveiled
0The design includes 2000 homes, a Village centre that will contain a retail and dining precinct, Childcare Centre, Retirement Village, parks and a 23 hectare lake that offers access to Moreton Bay.
Pre-registered expressions of interest has totaled 1400, most from within the local Community.They have been given viewing access to the location of the first lots expected to be offered for sale and pricing on Sunday, with pricing to be within the range of $257 500 o $371 900.
The building project is expected to bring approximately 2000 jobs to the region during the construction phase with 900 remaining permanently upon completion.
